A choice of locations
In Queensland, you can choose to study in a city, rural town or coastal setting. Many schools offer niche subjects based on their location, regional industries, and research strengths, and the partnerships they have with local universities and TAFEs. Queensland is also very accessible, with four international, 17 domestic and 48 regional airports.

Queensland Government schools take students through each stage of their education journey, from Prep and primary school to preparation for tertiary study.
Primary school is for students who want to come to Queensland to study in Prep (students aged 4 to 5) to Year 6 (students aged 10).
High School Preparation (HSP)
An intensive English program to prepare students for EQI high school classes.
High school programs
Junior High School: Year 7 to Year 10 (students aged 12 to 15).
Senior High School: Year 11 to Year 12 (students aged 16 to 18).
